Good day!!!
Congratulations on passing the 1st stage of your application.
Now for the 2nd stage,
"CREATING YOUR WORKDAY PROFILE"
Please check your email address because we sent you the "CONCENTRIX WORKDAY SYSTEM" link.
Instructions:
(You must have internet connection for this stage)
1.) Check your email address and look for the email coming from the sender: "Workday Concentrix"
and the subject is: "You have been referred for a position at Concentrix!"
2.) Copy the link that is in the email. And paste it to your internet browser
(We suggest you to use Chrome Browser).
And you will be redirected to the CONCENTRIX WORKDAY website.
3.) Once you are in the CONCENTRIX WORKDAY website, click the "Apply" button.
4.) You will be redirected to the page wherein you can sign-in. And you must create an account by clicking the "Create Account" link.
After clicking the "Create Account" link, you can now create your account.
Just enter your active email address and create your password.
Take note:
Password must include:
A numeric character.
A special character.
A lowercase character.
An uppercase character.
An alphabetic character.
A minimum of 8 characters.
Example of a Good password looks like this format:
!Abcd123456789
After filling-up your email address and password, put a check at the box beside:
"Yes, I have read and consent to the terms and conditions."
And then click the "Create Account" Button.
5.) After you successfully created an account, you can now upload your resume and finish answering all the questions for validation.
(Please Make Sure To Upload Your Resume)
6.) This is very important because this can give you a higher chance of getting hired.
Upon creating your workday profile,
If you see a question that says:
"How did you know about this job opening? "
Please answer:

7.) Once you are done creating your Workday Profile, the next important thing you need to do is to go and walk-in to the Concentrix Site Recruitment Hub to take all your assessments and interviews.
You need to do this as soon as possible!!!
Office Hours: Monday to Friday, 10AM to 5PM

(Don't do a walk-in if you did not create your Workday Profile)
Things to bring when you walk-in:
A.) Vaccination Card
B.) 1 Valid ID
C.) Ballpen

Frequently Asked Questions:
1.) What if Im not Vaccinated and I don't have a vaccination card or proof of vaccination?
Answer: It's okay to walk-in even if you are unvaccinated or you don't have a proof of vaccination. But if you have a proof of vaccination, much better if you bring it. Just in case they will need it.
2.) What if I don't have a valid ID?
Answer: You can bring your Birth Certificate or Live Birth or NSO/PSA.

Just search in Google Maps the Concentrix Site that you declared in this application:
Example keywords: "Concentrix Megamall, Concentrix Alabang, etc."
